| The purpose of this puraanic subject index is to unravel the esoteric aspect of mysterious vedic words. For this purpose, veda study of several words like Arbuda, Alakaa, Ahalyaa, Aajya(butter), Aapah/waters, Aamra, Aahuti, Aavaha, Aahavaneeya, Aagneedhra, Arani, Aranya, Arishta etc. has also been performed. This study is not exhaustive. The matter being presented here is a revised version of what has been printed in the book Puraana Vishay Anukramanikaa( from a to e, In Hindi).
